(1) Registered Guidance Counselor

Responsible for the Guidance program and services of the Institution.  Assesses needs for program planning, evaluation and implementation and ensures the provision and proper functioning of all Guidance activities, budget, facilities & staff and admission & recruitment.

Job Specifications (Competencies Required)

a. Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor

b. More than 2 years experience in:

• Counseling
- Individual and Group Counseling
Family Counseling
Vocational-career Counseling
Educational Counseling
Cross-Cultural or multicultural Counseling
Personal-social Counseling

• Coordination, Consultation and Evaluation

(1) Licensed Librarian

Oversees the library operations and ensures the integrity, availability, and accessibility of library materials and services within Library standards and in support to the institution’s goals and objectives. Plans, develops, and implements programs and enhancements in the Library to improve services.

Job Specifications (Competencies required)

a. Preferably a Masters Degree in Library Administration;
2 to 3 years experience in library works in supervisory capacity;
Proficient in basic computer operations, systems, and programs as well as those related to Library operations.

(1) Simulation Center Nurse Receptionist

Qualification :

      Must be a Registered Nurse

      At least 1 year clinical experience

Job Description:  

- Work with the Head of clinical simulation and skills lab  of case work and activities

- Ensures that the lab is clean, safe and organized; promotes safe lab practices

- Establishes, updates and implements clinical simulation and skills laboratory policies and procedures.

- Provides assistance for faculty and/or students in simulation practice lab setting

- Coordinates day to day activities and services of the clinical simulation and skills lab area including scheduling, lab set up, and management of lab equipment and supplies.

- Coordinates the repair of lab equipment as required and ordering of new ones

- Coordinates the ordering and re-supply of consumable lab supplies;

- Cconduct quarterly equipment inventories and documentations with data bank
