ADMISSION
POLICIES OF MASTER
IN PARTICIPATORY DEVELOPMENT
Requirements:
Graduates with a baccalaureate degree, preferably in the field of social
sciences from an accredited college or university. English proficiency
(both oral and written). At least one year experience n community development
work.
A: Filipino Applicants;
Applicants
must submit the following:
1.
Transcript of Records
2. Honorable Dismissal
3. Accomplished application form (download
form here)
4. ID pictures - 2 copies 1x1
5. Birth Certificate (authenticated)
B:
Foreign Applicants
The
foreign student applicant directly communicates with the school and complies
with the school's institutional requirements which shall include the submission
of the following documents for initial evaluation;
1.
Completed Application Form and Personal History Statement
2. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
3. Letter of Reference from two (2) former professors
Submitted
documents will be evaluated by the admission's committee after which you
will be properly informed as to the status of your application. Should
you be accepted DMSF will send you the following;
1.
Notice of Acceptance (NOA)
2. Personal History Statement (PHS) forms for you to fill up (11 copies)
The
necessary requirements e completed and returned back to the Office of
the Dean including the following documents duly authenticated by the Philippine
Foreign Service Post in the country of origin ( required by the DFA);
1.
Official Transcript of Records
2. A notarized affidavit of Financial Support
3. A photocopy of passport pages where Name, Photo, Birth Date and Birthplace
appears
4. Student's Personal History Statement
5. Police Clearance certificate issued by the National Police Authorities
in the student's country of origin
6. Birth Certificate
7. Letter of Recommendations from two (2 former professor
Note:
All these documents should be mailed in time for the following scheduled
semesters;

First semester class ( June) - Documents should be submitted on or before
March 30.
* Second semester class ( November ) - On or before September 15.
• Summer Class - On or before January 15.

Enrollment Schedule:
First
Semester: 1st week of June - 2nd week of June
Second Semester: Last week of October - 2nd week of November
