Nursing

Overview

The Cross signifies God who is always our source of strength and who provides us with knowledge and skills to do our compassionate task in nursing.

The men and women of today who untiringly commit themselves to the advocacy of the nursing profession and with our motto “Service to God and Humanity”.

The Nightingale lamp that signifies Florence Nightingale’s legacy to the present generation of nurses and its lighted lamp that brightens our way as nursing education soars its wings to excellence.

A Davao-based Nursing School that aspires to provide the community with globally competent and competitive nurses embodying the school’s values: Faith in God, Integrity, Respect and Excellence. Developing quality graduates with the motto, “Service to God and Humanity” is the aim of the College of Nursing. To hone students with knowledge, skills and attitude developed through good academic standards, updated facilities and heart for service to the people.  The current curriculum is gearing towards gradual transformation of nursing education and clinical practice using Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) through innovative knowledge and research. The DMSFI COLLEGE OF NURSING continues to produce top quality graduates who are renowned to place ranks in the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examinations.
