Overview
The Dental education aims to prepare the graduate to be globally competitive for the following tasks:
• Providing quality health care
• Providing proper patient education
• Community service delivery
• Conduct basic and clinical researches
• Application of business principles, entrepreneurship, practices, and processes
• Proper patient management and treatment
• Ethical/legal/moral applications in dental practice
• Make Medical Referrals
• Communicable Disease Control
e.g classroom inspection and disinfection in case of occurence of communicable diseases
• Health Education Program
e.g information dissemination and posting of health updates on the bulletin board
• Provides vaccination and medicine for common illnesses to students and employees
• Attend to Medical Emergencies to students and employees

Submit scanned copy of deposit slip for the payment of Application fee (Php 2,500.00). Payment can be made over-the-counter or fund transfer through the following banks:

Original Marriage Certificate (For Married Women only)
Passport size colored ID picture (Blue/Red Background)
Short essay (not more than 100 words) on why I choose Dentistry.

Submit scanned copy of deposit slip for the payment of Application fee (Php 2,500.00). Payment can be made over-the-counter or fund transfer through the following banks:
Photocopy of Certificate Honorable Dismissal
Certified true copy of Certificate of Eligibility for Dentistry (CED) issued by previous school
Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
One (1) passport size picture (Blue/Red Background)
Short essay (not more than 100 words) on why I choose Dentistry.
Submitted documents will be evaluated by the Dean and Asst. Dean, after which the applicant is informed as to the status of the application. If the applicant is qualified, a Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and Pre-Registration Notice(PRN)will be issued and sent thru email.
Other requirements that require physical appearance such as entrance examination, interview, and medical examination will be scheduled later.
After the receipt of NOA and PRN, the applicant will now proceed to the on-line enrolment of the Registrar’s Office.
