The Davao Medical School Foundation, Inc. School Wellness Clinic is concerned with the complete physical, mental and social well-being of the students and school staff. It ensures comprehensive health programs that promote healthy lifestyles through prevention, intervention, and education.
School Wellness Clinic Services
- Annual physical examination
- Provide Basic First Aid Treatment for illness and injuries
- Issuance of Medical Certificate
- Vaccination ( Hepatitis B, Tetanus toxiod and others )
- Provide health education for students and staff.
